Article 1 – Introduction

Happy Pets TV App provides a service that enables users to access content via the open Internet through various receiver units, including smartphones, computers, tablets, smart TVs, and Android TV apps.

Content may be licensed for global access. These Terms of Use outline the conditions for using Happy Pets TV App services.

Article 2 – User Requirements & Service Availability

To use Happy Pets TV App, users must ensure that their receiver unit:
- Functions properly and is connected to the Internet.
- Has the relevant application installed.
- Meets the minimum software and hardware requirements.
Happy Pets TV App services are available only when connected to the Internet, via mobile, fixed broadband, wireless networks, hotspots, etc. Users acknowledge that service quality depends on their Internet connection, which may vary.
Happy Pets TV App is not responsible for service unavailability due to:
- Scheduled maintenance or upgrades.
- Force majeure events.
- Third-party disruptions (e.g., ISP failures, power outages, device malfunctions).
User Registration & Data Privacy
- Users must register with a valid email address.
- Location access is determined by the user’s IP address, which may occasionally cause temporary access issues outside the company’s control.
- Users must provide accurate and complete registration data.

By using or registering for Happy Pets TV App, users accept these Terms of Use and any future amendments.

Article 3 – Content Usage & Copyright

Happy Pets TV App provides content from:
- Bono d.o.o. (LLC) Banja Luka
- Approved partners and advertisers
- External links to third-party services
Users may only access content in accordance with these Terms of Use. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or resale of content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Bono d.o.o. (LLC) or its licensors.
If a user suspects a copyright or intellectual property rights violation, they must report it to Bono d.o.o. (LLC) immediately at office@bono.ba

Article 4 – Third-Party Links & Liability

Happy Pets TV App may include links to external websites or services.
Bono d.o.o. (LLC) provides these links in good faith but is not responsible for third-party content.
Users access third-party content at their own risk.

Article 5 – Advertising & Communications

Users acknowledge that Happy Pets TV App may include advertisements, service messages, and newsletters.
Registered users agree to receive newsletters, which may include promotional content.
Users can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

Article 6 – Supported Devices & Technical Limitations

Happy Pets TV App is accessible via:
- Smartphones & Tablets: iOS 10+ and Android 6+
- Personal Computers: Windows 7+ and Mac OS X 10.7+
- Smart TVs: Samsung & LG (2017+ models)
- Android TV devices (Android 8+)
Bono d.o.o. (LLC) is not liable for disruptions due to outdated devices or insufficient Internet speeds.

Article 7 – Payment Terms and Security

By purchasing a subscription to our service, you agree to the terms of payment, billing cycles, and any applicable trial periods as outlined below. All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider, Monri, using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. We accept payments via Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa credit or debit cards.

All payments are processed securely using SSL/TLS encryption, and we do not store any credit card information on our servers. The payment processing provider is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that charges may appear in your local currency, and due to exchange rate differences applied by your card issuer or payment processor, the final amount may vary slightly from the price listed in euros. If you experience technical issues that prevent access to the service, please contact our support team within 5 days of the issue. We do not offer monetary refunds, but in cases of verified service failure caused by us, we may offer a subscription extension or credit at our discretion. In the case of a refund, the funds will be returned to the card used for the transaction.

All payments are processed in BAM (Bosnian Convertible Mark). If your card is issued in another currency, the final amount charged may differ slightly from the listed price due to exchange rate fluctuations and any fees applied by your card-issuing bank.

Article 8 – Modifications to Terms of Use

Bono d.o.o. (LLC) reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use.
Users will be notified of significant changes via email or service notifications.
Continued use of Happy Pets TV App after modifications implies acceptance of the revised terms.
