When filing a complaint, please provide your full name, contact information, and a description of the issue or reason for the complaint.
We will respond to your complaint in writing (via email or mail) no later than 15 days from the date of receipt. In our response, we will inform you whether the complaint has been accepted and propose a resolution and timeframe for resolving the issue.
Article 9 – Refund Policy & Returns
Since happy-pets.tv provides digital content services (access to TV channels) that are not supplied on a tangible medium, by purchasing and activating the service, the user explicitly consents to the immediate commencement of the service performance. The user acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal (right to a refund) once the service has been activated and made available for use.
However, the user is entitled to a complaint and a refund in the following specific cases:
- If the service was not activated or made available after a successful payment due to a technical error on the Merchant’s side.
- If the charged amount does not match the displayed price of the package.
- In the case of multiple charges for the same transaction.
In the event of a justified complaint due to technical issues preventing the use of the service, the Merchant commits to refunding the paid funds to the user’s account as soon as possible, and no later than 15 days. Refunds will be processed exclusively using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction (refund to the card used for payment).
Article 10 – Payment Methods
Services on happy-pets.tv are paid online via payment cards. We support payments with all debit and credit cards issued by any bank worldwide that belong to the following card associations:
